The GRC Agents introduced in the 2026 Spring Release are generally available, supporting four core use cases: Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), AI Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). Instead of manually administering workflows, your team can shift toward proactively managing risk while agents handle the high-volume, repetitive work underneath it.

Previously branded as Spark AI, LogicGate’s foundational AI skills are now built directly into the Risk Cloud® platform. No separate tool to manage, just fewer manual tasks on your plate. Recent enhancements include:
Automated Control Testing. The platform now tests linked evidence records automatically as they’re submitted, delivering a clear control-level evaluation with detailed rationale and flagging critical gaps immediately, instead of at the next audit cycle.
Bulk Record Linking. The same semantic intelligence behind LogicGate’s Record Linking Recommendations now works at scale, generating recommendations for hundreds of records at once.
Up Next: MCP Server Access. Teams will be able to query Risk Cloud data through natural language prompts in the LLM of your choice, with secure, permission-based access and no custom integration required.

Expanded Customization. Fully customize the color palette of Visual Reports to highlight the metrics that matter and match your corporate branding. You can also send automated emails from your own organization’s domain, building trust with business users instead of asking them to click links from an unfamiliar sender.
Integrations and API Performance. SmartSheet, IronClad, Box, and Microsoft Planner join LogicGate’s integration ecosystem, so document management, task tracking, and contract execution stay connected across the systems you already use. API related upgrades have shown to accelerate record load times by 81%, resulting in a significantly improved user experience among enterprise-sized customers.
