Highlights From LogicGate’s Agent Bash

Agent Bash

TLDR: LogicGate just wrapped the third Midwest stop of Agent Bash. It is a newly launched half-day workshop that brings LogicGate’s AI GRC platform and GRC Agents directly to customers and prospective customers. Across three cities (Chicago, Minneapolis, and St. Louis), we welcomed over 50 risk leaders from leading enterprises like Google, Target, and McDonald’s.

Agent Bash stems from the success of Build Bash, which debuted at Agility, LogicGate’s premier GRC conference.

What Does Agent Bash Entail and Who Attends?

At Agent Bash, guests are divided into small groups. LogicGate team members then lead an interactive demo of Config Newton, LogicGate’s Agentic GRC Engineer, and GRC Agents. Through peer discussion, attendees can discover new agent prompting techniques and solve complex risk scenarios on the spot. They also take home AI strategies built to crush inefficiency.

The first Agent Bash in Chicago set the bar high with customers from companies like Google, McDonald’s, and Health Care Service Corporation. The second and third events welcomed risk leaders from Target, Best Buy, Edward Jones, and General Mills.

Attendee industries span technology, hospitality, banking, healthcare, retail, and consumer goods. These sectors may answer to different regulators, but their risk teams share core work such as controls, audits, and vendor oversight.

Why Do In-Person Events Matter for GRC Teams?

GRC works better when everything is connected, and that includes the people running the programs. Agent Bash touring the country gives risk leaders space to compare how they run their programs right in their city. This is how risk leaders move from manual administration to trusted strategic partners for their business.

Agent Bash supports that move by putting GRC Agents in the hands of the people who will use them. Attendees do not sit through a product tour. They work through risk scenarios in small groups and see how the agents behave.

Agent prompting is a skill that improves with practice and with comparing notes. In small groups, attendees see how peers phrase requests, structure scenarios, and judge the results. Those techniques travel well, because teams across industries share core work such as controls, audits, and vendor oversight.

What Do GRC Agents Do for Risk Teams?

GRC Agents take on repetitive, time-intensive work inside a risk program so practitioners can focus on analysis and decisions. They are generally available for third-party risk management, enterprise risk management, AI governance, and business continuity management.

Foundational AI in the LogicGate platform follows the same pattern. Automated Control Testing, for example, reviews uploaded evidence and returns a pass, fail, or incomplete result with a rationale. A person then validates that result.

Who Owns the Judgment When AI Does the Work?

Risk leaders do. Agents prepare the work, but practitioners review the output, validate the rationale, and decide what happens next. Accountability for every risk decision stays with the people closest to the business.

Humans are in control by design, and that’s what makes GRC Agents ideal for enterprise risk programs. Teams get machine speed on routine tasks without giving up oversight, and every decision keeps a named human owner.

Where Is the Next Agent Bash?

The tour heads east next. If you’re ready to see what agents can do for your GRC program, meet us in Philly.
